Eheim Canister Maintenance

Monthly:

 - Change Synth (floss) layer

Every 3 months:

 - Remove everything down to the Mech layer.
 - Rinse Mech with tap water.
 - Rinse Filter Pad with tap water - replace as needed.
 - Rinse Substrat with AQUARIUM water - not tap water. Remove a  handful of Substrat and replace with new.
 - Replace Synth
 - Replace Chemi-Pure
